If the number of individuals was reprsented by a table T1 (normal number), and we had a normal distribution, perhaps as created in your book (pg 151), then you would represent the percentile in the range 8974 - 34660 (at least, if not higher)]]></description>

Nice to see a multimillion company is not too proud to reference an independant consultant to get to the bottom of their own software product...
