		<description><![CDATA[Advisors are relatively new = buggy. As part of our standard 11.2.0.2 setup we switch of resource manager and db cache advisor. For 10r2 we switch of segment space advisor. Some of those problems we hit ourselfs, some problems are reported by oracle support. Anyway, it&#039;s nasty to get instance crashed by advisors which are just optional for database.]]></description>
